Automatic Shut-off/Back-up Diverter Device

MST®'s "Automatic Shut-Off Device" (ASOD) and "Automatic Shut-off Diverter Device" (ASODD) provide additional safety controls to your Breathing Air System.The Automatic Shut-Off Device (ASOD) is designed to shut down your air supply should Carbon Monoxide (triggered by CO Monitor) or Low Pressure (triggered by Low Pressure Alarm) conditions exists in your Breathing Air Supply. This device Should Not be used in an Immediately Dangerous To Life and Health (IDLH) Atmosphere unless it is used in conjunction with a Back-up Air Supply to allow Egress of the contaminated atmosphere.

The Automatic Shut-Off/Diverter Device (ASODD) provides an extra inlet port to provide for an uninterrupted air supply should Carbon Monoxide (triggered by CO Monitor: or Low Pressure (triggered by Low Pressure Alarm) condition exist in your Breathing Air Supply. The second inlet port requires connection to a second Regulated Air Source meeting Grade D Specifications (either a Back-Up Compressor with the proper safety devices, or a Bottled Air System).
