MST WARRANTY AND RETURN GOODS POLICY WARRANTY INFORMATION
MST warrants all of its products for a period of one (1) year (80133 and 80045 CO Sensors carry a (2) two year warranty) from the original shipping date against defective materials and workmanship. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, improper service, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not include replaceable items, such as filter elements, which are considered part of a regular maintenance program. Any implied warranties arising out of the sale of any of MST’s products, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the above one-year period. MST shall not be liable for loss of use of any of its products or incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damages incurred by the customer or any other user. To return any product for repair under this warranty, see “Return Goods Policy.” This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
RETURN GOODS POLICY
Goods returned without a Customer Return Authorization Number (CRA#) will not be accepted. Customers should contact their local distributor, if possible, to obtain a CRA#. The CRA# must be displayed on the outside of the returned goods package(s). Customer will be responsible for properly packaging goods and insuring package(s) for their full replacement value. Customer will be responsible for all insurance and freight charges, to and from MST’s factory.
